I’ll also make any necessary adjustments to ensure it continues to fit your lifestyle.

Every Friday, I'll ask you to complete a weekly check-in. You'll reflect on your week in terms of diet, exercise, and social activities—celebrating what went well and identifying areas that need adjustment.

 

We'll also plan for the week ahead, making any necessary changes to accommodate social events, work, or family commitments.

Then, we simply keep moving forward until you reach your goals.
